The Essential Strengthening Workshop

Nat and Matt Kelly held a whole-body strengthening workshop that emphasised the most important and practical strengthening exercises to reduce commonly-seen postural deviations, e.g. thoracic kyphosis, scoliosis, knock-knee, flat feet, etc.  This workshop exposed our participants to  the most essential, strengthening exercises to gradually build super-human strength.  Modifications of all exercises were demonstrated and attempted on the day.  This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.  Text Nat on 0478 076 841 if you would like to hold this workshop at your centre or our Bayswater centre, Focus and Be.
